GRASFI Course Catalogue – Guide
From the main menu please select “Login”
and fill in your log in details into the pop up
Once logged in, this is how your dashboard looks like.

1. Adding a new course to the GRASFI directory.
1. After logging in, at the top of your dashboard click “New course”
1. 2. Give your course a Title. e.g.; Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) in Geography and the Environment
1. 3. Download the course content template here:

Add your content to the template . (Please make sure to set all headers to “Lato” font and all the body text to “Muli”.)
1. 4. Make sure that the content field is set to “Visual” and then paste the contents of your edited Word document into the field below.
1. 5. Scroll down to the “Course Settings” block and select the “General” tab. This is where the link to the University application page is inserted, course language is selected….
1. 6 Select the “Fees” tab. Here you can add the course fees, currency, fees paid annually/in total and suggest “For information on course fees please see university website.”
1. 7. Scroll down to the “Features Block” and enter the course features
Details entered here will show up in the course features block on the course page.

1. 8 Select the relevant course categories at the top of the page on the right, below the publish button. eg; Full/ Part time, Master’s degree, Doctoral etc
1. 9 Click: “Set featured image” in the “Featured image ” block at the bottom of the right sidebar.
and select an image from the media library or upload from your device.
1. 10. Before publishing the page make sure you have the course title, course category and that the course content has been copied into the “Visual” field.
Then hit the Publish button.
Once published the course will be added to the database and be publicly visible on the website.
To see the course page click the “View Course” link at the top of the page (when editing it is generally easier to open the page in a new tab and refresh that after updates).

Adding video to the top of a course page

Press the “SHARE” button underneath the video
Then press “Embed”
and copy the iframe code
Paste this into the TOP of the course content “Text” field

Your admin dashboard is available from the icon in the top left. The GRASFI home page can be opened in a new tab from the dashboard. New course, edit courses, new blog posts, edit profile etc.

2. Adding a new Blog post to the GRASFI Blog
2. 1. At the top of your dashboard click “New blog post”
2. 2. Give your post a title.
Please make sure content from the word doc has all headers set to “Lato” font and all the body text to “Muli”.
2. 3. Make sure that the content field is set to “Visual” and then paste the contents of your edited Word document into the field below.
2. 4. Set the Category to “Blog”
Click: “Set featured image” in the “Featured image ” block in the right sidebar.
Select an image from the media library or upload from your device.
2. 5. Before publishing the page make sure you have the post title, post category and that the post content has been pasted into the “Visual” field. Then hit the “Submit for Review” button.
Once published the post will be added to the database and be publicly visible on the website. To see the post click the “View Post” link at the top of the page (when editing it is generally easier to open the page in a new tab to check progress).
