Each Member University is invited to nominate a single representative who will vote at the AGM on their behalf (refer sections 24, 25, 26 of our Articles of Association). Member institutions also have the right to appoint a proxy (refer section 22 of the Articles of Association). Nominations and proxy appointments should be confirmed by email to Heidi.raubenheimer@sustainablefinancealliance.org
