The Climate and Energy Finance Group (CEFGroup), University of Otago (New Zealand), will be holding its 5th CEFGroup Sustainable Finance and Reporting Symposium, and we welcome submissions of papers for the symposium. The symposium will be held on 28-29 November 2024 at the Queenstown Resort College (Hybrid option available for Non-AU/NZ attendees).
Topics of Interest:
We welcome papers in all areas of Sustainable Finance and Reporting, such as, but not limited to, topics in climate finance, carbon markets, sustainable investing, greenwashing, sustainability disclosures, and net-zero commitments.
Keynote speakers:
· Professor Markus Leippold, University of Zurich, Switzerland.
· Professor Paul Griffin, Emeritus Distinguished Professor, University of California, Honorary Professor, Dept. of Accountancy and Finance, University of Otago.

Paper Submission Method:
Please submit the full paper to CEFGroup@otago.ac.nz by the 16th of August. Please indicate if you are a PhD student and if your attendance will be virtual or in-person in the submission email. Please note that online attendance is applicable only for non-AUS/NZ presenters/ participants.
